Booking
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your trip. The remainder of the booking cost is required 10 days before your holiday.
A payment reminder email will be sent 10 days before your trip containing an invoice of the remaining balance and transfer details. Once the remainder has been paid please notify us via email to confirm final payment has been made. If you would like to pay the remaining balance earlier than 10 days before the trip, please get in touch and we will set this up for you.
If for any reason you need to change the dates of your trip we need 30 days notice - this allows you to change to dates free of charge.

A £500 damage deposit is required when booking, and refunded within 48hours of inspection once the rv is returned. This is to cover insurance excess charges that apply if the rv is damaged during your stay.

*Once a booking has been made you will receive a confirmation email with a form attached that must be completed at least 10 days before your trip.*

Insurance requirements
In order to hire the Luxe RV driver/s must be insured.
Drivers must meet the below criteria in order to be added on to the luxe rv insurance.

Be over 25 and under 75 years of age.

Have held a full UK or EU driving license for a minimum of 2 years.

Have not had their license suspended for any period within the last 3 years.
-
Have not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last 3 years.
-
Have no more than 2 convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.

Have not obtained a BA,DD or UT conviction

The driver/s must then
-
Sign and complete a rental agreement prior to the hire.

Provide copies of all driving licenses and 2 utility bills dated within the last 3 months of the hire.

Provide proof of points/convictions by sharing your license record via the DVLA website. https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number

*If you do not qualify to the above you can also head over to day insure and provide your own insurance.*
Check in
Checkout
The collection address will be provided upon booking.
Check in time is 3pm (unless agreed otherwise prior to collection day).

Upon check in a pre check list will be filled in with one of the team.
​
Early/Late check out may be available upon request (as long as it doesn't collide with another booking - please check 7 days before your trip and we will see what we can do)

*Your vehicle may be left at our premises if needed, This is left at the owners own risk.*

Upon checkout/return the rv is required to;
​

Have a full tank of diesel

Have an empty cassette
-
Have empty cupboards and both fridge and freezer

Be tidied throughout taking any rubbish away with you

Fill out a post check list
House rules

Festivals - the rv is not to be taken to any festival's.

smoking ( We allow absolutely no smoking in the rv, you are more than welcome to smoke outside of the vehicle of course. If we do become aware of smoking inside of rv the deposit will be lost).

We politely ask for no outdoor shoes to be worn inside the rv
​

1 small well behaved dog is permitted during your trip (charges apply)

The rv is to be left as it was when collected, we supply cleaning products to ensure this is easily done.
